Red Meat Raises Risk of All Kinds of Death. Surprised?

A National Cancer Institute study on 500,000 people aged between 50 to 71 revealed yet again that consumption of red meat is directly associated with health risks. In this case, its “ALL kinds of death”.

According to the report - “People who eat the most red meat and the most processed meat have the highest overall risk of death from all causes, including heart disease and cancer”.

This is not a surprise as health publication have been advocating plant based diets for more than a decade. It goes to show that it is in human nature to ignore the overwhelming evidence against the consumption of red meat.
